8 Sustainable Christmas Gift Ideas 

Can you believe we are right in the middle of the festive season again?  We’ve celebrated Halloween, Guy Fawkes night and Thanksgiving,  and now Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa and the New Year are coming up!  Whew! 

We’ve come up with some great gift ideas that meet the following criteria: vegan (obviously), perfect for travel, long lasting and/or eco-friendly.   We also thought it best to have all these gifts available from Etsy, in an effort to support smaller scale artisans rather than big companies this year.

1. Unpaper Towels

Instead of tissues or paper towels, use these handy cloths!  This will help you to refuse single-serve napkins at the sandwich shop, wipe your brow on a hot summer’s day, you name it.  Plus they're cute! 

2. Bento Bags

These flannelette bags are great to wrap up sandwiches, salads, produce at the grocery stores, and they fold flat at take up very little space in your luggage.

Does a friend or family member have a love affair with a particular city? Get the skyline put on to a ring for them to wear!  Pretty cool huh?
